GetHireIn Ltd, company number 17285901, provides RuleGenz. For the content your organisation puts into RuleGenz, your organisation is the controller and we act as its processor. For account and contact information, we are the controller.

What we collect

• Account details: name, work e-mail address, role, and two-step login status (we never see your authenticator codes' secrets after setup).
• Security records: sign-in times and the audit log of actions in your workspace.
• Your content: requirements, vocabularies, rules and notes you add.

Demo requests

If you ask for a demonstration on rulegenz.com, we collect your name, work email, company, and anything you choose to tell us about your job title, rules engine and requirements. We use this only to reply to you and arrange the demonstration, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. It is stored with Supabase in London, and a notification is sent to us by email through Resend. We keep it for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer. To protect the form from abuse we keep a one-way code derived from your IP address, never the address itself. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Where it is stored

Workspace data is stored with Supabase in London (UK). The rule engine runs on Google Cloud in London. To draft and explain rules, the text of a requirement is sent to your organisation's own AI account (for example Azure OpenAI, OpenAI or Anthropic), connected by your administrator, under your organisation's agreement with that provider. The account key is encrypted before it is stored and is never shown again.

We also use Cloudflare, which hosts this website and the RuleGenz application pages, and Resend, which sends account e-mails such as invitations and password resets. Each provider processes data only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

Until your organisation deletes the content, removes the user or deletes the workspace. Deleting a workspace removes its content and audit log permanently; we keep only a record of the workspace name and the date it was deleted. Deleted data is removed from backups as they expire, within 7 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your personal data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by e-mailing neil@gethirein.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

RuleGenz uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The app stores your sign-in session in your browser so that you stay signed in until you sign out or are signed out for inactivity.
